目的了解珠三角某市制鞋行业有机溶剂使用情况,分析其挥发性化学成分,为该行业有机溶剂危害的预防控制提供科学依据。方法对2012—2014年珠三角某市制鞋行业日常检测数据中有机溶剂成分检测的资料进行整理,建立数据库并进行统计学分析。结果 190份有机溶剂样品中,挥发性化学物检出前3位是甲苯(占42.11%)、乙酸乙酯(占40.53%)、3-甲基己烷(占37.89%),苯、1,2-二氯乙烷、正己烷等高风险化学品的检出率分别为12.63%、4.74%、27.74%,还检出了正庚烷、甲基环己烷、2-丁酮、丙酮、2,3-二甲基戊烷、甲基环戊烷等化学物。结论应加强制鞋行业有机溶剂使用的管理,尽量使用无毒或低毒有机溶剂作为替代品。
Objective To understand the use of organic solvents in a shoemaking industry in a city of Pearl River Delta and analyze its volatile chemical composition to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of the hazards of organic solvents in the industry. Methods The data of organic solvent components in daily testing data of a certain city in Pearl River Delta from 2012 to 2014 were sorted out, and the database was established and analyzed statistically. Results Among the 190 samples of organic solvents, the top three volatile chemicals were toluene (42.11%), ethyl acetate (40.53%), 3-methylhexane (37.89%), benzene, The detection rates of high-risk chemicals such as 2-dichloroethane and n-hexane were 12.63%, 4.74% and 27.74%, respectively. And n-heptane, methylcyclohexane, 2,3 - dimethyl pentane, methyl cyclopentane and other chemicals. Conclusion The management of the use of organic solvents in the footwear industry should be strengthened and non-toxic or low-toxic organic solvents should be used as alternatives.
