为了研究涡轴发动机端齿连接结构接触状态变化的发生机理及规律,根据涡轴发动机端齿连接的结构特征、受力分析和考虑滑移的切向接触受力原理,确定了端齿连接结构齿面接触状态的影响因素;并通过有限元分析方法,研究了齿面接触状态的变化规律。计算结果表明:转速和轴向压紧力对接触状态有重要影响;转速越高,则齿面接触区域变小,接触应力和滑移距离变大;轴向压紧力越大,则齿面接触区域越大,接触应力和滑移距离也越大;而摩擦系数对接触状态的影响不明显。研究结果对端齿连接高速转子的结构设计提供了一定的技术指导。
In order to study the mechanism and rule of the change of contact state of the turbine-end tooth-end connection structure, according to the structural characteristics of turbine end-tooth connection, force analysis and the principle of tangential contact force considering slip, the end tooth connection structure The influence factors of the contact state of the tooth surface; and through the finite element analysis method, the changing law of the contact state of the tooth surface was studied. The calculation results show that the rotational speed and the axial compression force have an important influence on the contact state. The higher the rotational speed, the smaller the contact area of the tooth surface and the larger the contact stress and the slip distance. The larger the axial compression force, The larger the contact area, the greater the contact stress and the sliding distance; while the friction coefficient has no obvious influence on the contact state. The research results provide certain technical guidance for the structural design of high speed rotor with end tooth connection.
