控制和清除食品污染,防止食物中毒,是一个关系人民健康、体现党对人民的关心和爱护,促进现代化建设的大问题;也是关系到加速山区经济建设,充分发挥经济效益,促进山区贸易发展的重要问题。为了贯彻执行“中华人民共和国食品卫生法”中的有关规定,恩施市卫生防疫站拟定于1983年11月对本市区出售的各种酒类进行卫生质量检查,并由市卫生局、市经委于1983年11月7日发出恩市卫字[1983]第9号、恩市经字[1983]年第26号文件,市卫生防疫站特邀我教研组参加检测工作。
To control and eliminate food contamination and prevent food poisoning is a major issue concerning the health of the people, embodying the party’s care and love for the people and promoting modernization, as well as the issue of speeding up economic construction in the mountainous areas, giving full play to economic benefits and promoting the development of mountainous trade important question. In order to implement the “Food Sanitation Law of the People’s Republic of China,” the relevant provisions of Enshi City Health and Epidemic Prevention Station in November 1983 proposed the sale of all kinds of alcohol in the city for health quality inspection by the Municipal Health Bureau, Municipal Economic Commission at On November 7, 1983, En Shi Wei Zi [1983] No. 9 and En Shi Jing Zi [1983] No. 26 Document were issued. The Municipal Health and Epidemic Prevention Station invited me to participate in the testing work.
