根据冷轧辊钢9Cr_3Mo的性能要求,通过转炉“双渣法”冶炼工艺,采用双滑板档渣+红外报警装置控制下渣量,实现了低磷、低硫控制。试验了一种Al_2O_3质量分数约40%的精炼渣系,获得了熔点低,流动性好的精炼顶渣,吸附夹杂物能力大大提高,有效减少了钢中氧化物夹杂物含量。精炼后期采用变渣操作,通过加入硅石调节渣碱度,有效控制了钢中钛含量,减少了碳化物液析的产生。
According to the performance requirements of 9Cr_3Mo for cold roll steel, slag is controlled by double skid slag + infrared alarming device through converter “double slag method ” smelting process, realizing low phosphorus and low sulfur control. A refined slag system with Al_2O_3 mass fraction of about 40% was tested to obtain refined top slag with low melting point and good fluidity. The capability of adsorbing inclusions was greatly improved, and the content of oxide inclusions in steel was effectively reduced. In the latter stage of refining, the slag-changing operation is adopted. The slag basicity is adjusted by adding silica to effectively control the titanium content in the steel and reduce the generation of carbides.
