为了进一步研究脉冲爆震发动机(PDE)的有效推力,对影响有效推力的因数进行了研究.采用旋流式气动阀,在爆震管直径60mm内成功实现了吸气式汽油/空气PDE的连续爆震燃烧.冷态状态下研究了PDE阻力和爆震管填充速度与冲压来流速度的关系,热态状态下研究了气动阀推力壁压力.对一个工作周期正反向推力和阻力的计算结果表明,PDE在频率10Hz时就能产生连续有效推力,但实际很难测得冲压进气时的有效推力.对PDE获得连续有效推力因数的复杂技术系统进行研究,结果表明,PDE的工作频率、爆震强度、内外阻力是获得有效推力的决定因素,其中扰流器阻力是关键.
In order to further study the effective thrust of the pulse detonation engine (PDE), the factors that affect the effective thrust force were studied.Using the swirling pneumatic valve, the success of the aspirated gasoline / air PDE was successfully achieved within the detonation tube diameter of 60 mm Detonation and combustion.The relationship between PDE resistance and detonation tube filling velocity and the velocity of the impulse flow was studied in the cold state and the thrust wall pressure of the pneumatic valve was studied in the hot state.The calculation of forward and reverse thrust and drag The results show that the PDE can produce continuous and effective thrust at 10Hz, but it is difficult to measure the effective thrust at the time of stamping.In the study of the complicated technical system of PDE with continuous and effective thrust coefficient, the results show that the working frequency of PDE , Knock strength, internal and external resistance is the decisive factor to obtain effective thrust, of which spoiler resistance is the key.
