目的 了解抑癌基因p16在妇科恶性肿瘤发生发展中的作用。方法 用PCR SSCP技术检测p16基因第一外显子在 34例子宫颈癌、40例子宫内膜癌和 45例上皮性卵巢癌组织及其相应正常组织中突变的情况。结果 子宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌和上皮性卵巢癌组织中及相应正常组织中均未发现p16基因第一外显子突变。结论 p16基因第一外显子突变在妇科恶性肿瘤的发生发展中未起作用。
Objective To investigate the role of tumor suppressor gene p16 in the development of gynecologic malignancies. Methods The mutation of p16 gene exon 1 in 34 cases of cervical cancer, 40 cases of endometrial cancer and 45 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer and its corresponding normal tissues was detected by PCR SSCP. Results No mutation of exon 1 of p16 gene was detected in cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, epithelial ovarian cancer and corresponding normal tissues. Conclusion The first exon mutation of p16 gene has no effect on the development of gynecologic malignancies.
