合成了以β-环糊精为主体,罗丹明B为客体的包合物。采用分光光度法和荧光光谱法研究了β-CD和罗丹明B的包合作用,确定了包合物的化学计量比为1∶1;同时从微环境的角度探讨了多种条件对β-CD和罗丹明B形成包合物的荧光影响。结果表明:溶液中微环境的不同对客体及超分子包合物的电子光谱有着显著而不同的影响。采用红外光谱法和分子模拟对包合物进行研究,进一步确定了包合物的形成及形成包合物的包合方式。
Synthesis of β-cyclodextrin as the mainstay, rhodamine B as an inclusion complex. The inclusion of β-CD and rhodamine B was studied by spectrophotometry and fluorescence spectroscopy. The stoichiometry of the inclusion complex was determined to be 1: 1. Meanwhile, the effects of various conditions on the β- Fluorescence effect of CD and rhodamine B inclusion complex formation. The results show that the different microenvironment in solution has significant and different effects on the electronic spectra of guest and supramolecular inclusion. The inclusion complex was studied by infrared spectroscopy and molecular simulation to further confirm the formation of the inclusion complex and the inclusion way of the inclusion complex.
