体检人群中高同型半胱氨酸血症与高尿酸血症的相关性

目的:探讨体检人群中高同型半胱氨酸血症(Hhcy)与高尿酸血症(HUA)之间的相关性。方法:选取2018年1至6月8 465例在中南大学湘雅医院健康管理中心进行健康体检的人群作为研究对象,年龄18~86(48±10)岁,其中男性5 380例,女性3 085例。根据尿酸水平将研究对象分为2组,HUA组1 694例和正常对照组6 771例。采用多因素二元Logistic回归方法,使用4种不同模型,分析Hhcy组与正常对照组之间HUA检出率的比值比(n OR)及其95%n CI。n 结果:与正常对照组相比,未校正其他因素的情况下,Hhcy人群中HUA检出率的n OR(95%n CI)为3.272(2.839~3.771),n P<0.001;校正年龄和性别后,Hhcy人群中HUA检出率的n OR(95%n CI)为2.111(1.811~2.461),n P<0.001;校正年龄、性别、体质指数、血压、空腹血糖、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇后,Hhcy人群中HUA检出率的n OR(95%n CI)为2.163(1.845~2.535),n P<0.001;校正年龄、性别、体质指数、血压、空腹血糖、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、饮酒频率、吸烟频率、锻炼频率和锻炼强度等因素后,Hhcy人群中HUA检出率的n OR(95%n CI)为2.209(1.845~2.646),n P<0.001。n 结论:Hhcy与HUA呈正相关,降低同型半胱氨酸水平可能是高尿酸血症健康管理的新途径。“,”Objective:To investigate the correlation between hyperhomocysteinemia (HCA) and hyperuricemia (HUA).Methods:A total of 8 465 individuals who received a medical examination at the Xiangya Hospital Health Management Center of Central South University were selected as research subjects from January to June 2018. The multi-factor binary Logic regression method was adopted and four different models. The ratio (n OR) and its 95% trusted interval (n CI) between Hhcy group and normal control group were analyzed.n Results:Compared to the normal control group, the n OR(95%n CI) of the probability of HUA in the Hhcy population was 3.272 (95%n CI: 2.839 to 3.771, n P<0.001) without correcting other factors; After correcting the influence of age and gender, then OR (95%n CI) of the Hhcy population with HUA probability was 2.111 (95%n CI: 1.811-2.461, n P<0.001); After correcting age, gender, Body Mass Index (BMI), blood pressure, fasting blood sugar, triglycerin, low-density lipoprotein, and high-density lipoprotein, then OR(95%n CI) of the Hhcy population with HUA probability was 2.163 (95%n CI: 1.845 to 2.535, n P<0.001); After correcting age, sex, BMI, blood pressure, fasting blood sugar, triglycerin, low-density lipoprotein, high-density lipoprotein, drinking, smoking, exercise time, and exercise intensity, then OR (95%n CI) of the Hhcy population had a HUA probability of 2.209(95%n CI: 1.845 to 2.646, n P<0.001).n Conclusion:The cross-sectional study confirmed that Hhcy was positively correlated with HUA. Reducing homocysteine levels may be a new approach to the health management of HUA.
