为研究含铁粉尘所致的肺部X线改变在脱离接触后的转归,本文对14例因接触含铁粉尘而致肺部X线改变的患者进行了3～8年的动态观察。结果表明,含铁粉尘所致的肺部小阴影在脱离接触3～4年后逐渐减少。结合本次动态观察的结果,并参考有关文献,笔者认为含铁粉尘仅可致肺组织轻微的纤维化改变,绝大部分铁尘则在肺部沉着,脱离接尘后,通过人体的“自净作用”,肺部阴影可逐渐减少;含铁粉尘所致的肺部X线改变较准确的定义应为“肺铁尘沉着症”。 In order to study the lung X-ray changes caused by iron-containing dust after the disengagement, 14 dynamic changes of pulmonary X-ray caused by contact with iron-containing dust were observed in 3 to 8 years. The results show that iron-containing dust caused by the small lung shadow after 3 to 4 years of contact gradually decreased.
