3个月龄SD雌性大鼠64只,双侧卵巢切除(OVX)及行假手术(Sham-O);于术后第1,3,5,7个月各处死8只动物,切取L1~L2椎体节段,股骨及胫骨,进行BMD检测结果OVX后第1个月椎体BMD明显丢失(P<001),全股骨丢失较为缓慢,7月时BMD丢失才有差异(P<005)而股骨近段BMD则自3月时丢失即有差异性(P<005)全胫骨1月BMD即有差异性(P<005),3月时BMD有回升(P<005),继之持续丢失,上段松质骨区则呈持续丢失结果提示:鼠OVX后BMD的丢失速度为腰椎>胫骨>股骨;腰椎体>胫骨上段>股骨上段
Sixty-three female SD rats of 3 months old, ovariectomized (OVX) and sham-operated (OVX) were performed. Eight animals were sacrificed at 1, 3, 5 and 7 months after operation, L2 vertebral segment, femur and tibia. RESULTS BMD of vertebral body was significantly decreased at 1 month after OVX (P <001), the loss of total femur was relatively slow, and there was a difference in BMD loss in July (P <005) The BMD of the proximal femur was different from that of the femur in March (P <005). The BMD of the whole tibia was different in January (P <005). In March, the BMD (P <005), followed by continued loss of the upper cancellous bone area continued to be lost Results suggest that: the loss of BMD after the OVX rat lumbar spine> tibia> femur; lumbar spine> upper tibia> the upper femur
