骨质疏松是困扰老年人的常见疾病之一。老年人由于活动减少,肌肉强度减弱,机械刺激少,激素水平下降等因素导致骨量丢失,容易出现骨质疏松。此外,中老年人肠胃消化功能逐渐退化,导致日常饮食中钙和维生素D的摄取量大大下降。因此,适量补钙非常重要,且必须长期进行。正确选择钙剂并合理使用,也有不少学问。
Osteoporosis is one of the common diseases plaguing the elderly. Elderly due to reduced activity, decreased muscle strength, less mechanical stimulation, decreased hormone levels and other factors lead to bone loss, prone to osteoporosis.
