本文以周恩来邓颖超纪念馆改陈工程为例,论述了随着“红色旅游”的兴起,在新时期的历史条件下出现的诸如受众群体的变化、社会文化需求的提高等新情况,就人物类纪念馆、伟人纪念馆应该如何整体规划和进行工程招标、如何运用高科技手段和新型材料、如何正确处理内容与形式以及传主与历史环境关系等问题提出了全新的理念和可以实践的方法,以求正于大家。
