采用斜剪试验方法评价水泥混凝土桥面与沥青混凝土层间抗剪强度。针对影响层间抗剪强度的几个因素,重点探讨了沥青混合料类型、沥青混合料压实度和黏层材料的黏度及洒铺量对其的影响。试验结果表明:当沥青混合料构造深度水平相当时,层间抗剪强度将随公称最大粒径的增加而增加;但对于公称粒径相同的2种小粒径沥青混合料,悬浮-密实型的沥青混合料的层间抗剪强度更大;层间抗剪强度随沥青混合料压实度的增加而增加;对于不同胶粉含量的橡胶沥青黏层,层间抗剪强度将随橡胶沥青黏度的增加呈现抛物线趋势。
Skew shear test method is used to evaluate the shear strength between cement concrete bridge deck and asphalt concrete. According to several factors that affect the shear strength between layers, the types of asphalt mixture, the degree of compaction of asphalt mixture and the viscosity of viscous layer material and the influence of sprinkling volume are discussed. The test results show that the shear strength of the interlayer will increase with the increase of the nominal maximum particle size when the depth of the asphalt mixture is equivalent, but for the two kinds of small particle size asphalt mixture with the same nominal particle size, Of the asphalt mixture has a greater interlaminar shear strength; the interlaminar shear strength increases with the compaction degree of the asphalt mixture; for the asphalt rubber viscidity of different rubber content, the interlaminar shear strength will increase with the rubber asphalt The increase in viscosity presents a parabolic trend.
