目的分析血清N SE、CA 15-3和CEA在不同组织类型肺癌中的表达差异。方法对21例肺部良性疾病患者和73例肺癌患者进行血清N SE、CA 15-3和CEA的检测,并分析在肺部良性疾病患者、鳞癌、腺癌和小细胞肺癌患者之间的差别。结果N SE在小细胞肺癌患者中表达水平较高,与肺部良性疾病患者、鳞癌、腺癌患者有显著性差异,CA 15-3及CEA在肺腺癌患者中表达水平较高,与肺部良性疾病患者、鳞癌组有显著性差异,且CA 15-3在诊断肺腺癌的敏感度高于CEA,但N SE、CA 15-3、CEA对肺鳞癌的诊断价值均不大。结论N SE、CA 15-3和CEA在肺癌中的表达与肺癌的组织类型密切相关。
Objective To analyze the expression differences of serum NSE, CA 15-3 and CEA in different tissue types of lung cancer. Methods Serum NSE, CA 15-3, and CEA were detected in 21 patients with benign lung disease and 73 patients with lung cancer.
