今秋十月,公众视野里最大的亮点,是党的十八届四中全会的召开。这场自改革开放以来首次以依法治国为主题的中央全会,把“法治”的问题摆到了治国理政的最高层次,依法治国从执政理念细化到具体的法制、制度建设与各项措施安排环节,无疑向建设法治中国的目标迈出了更为关键的步伐,必将掀开“全面推进依法治国”的崭新一页。这意味着我国各行各业法制建设将进一步完善,也意味着依法行政的理念
