目的:证实色满卡林(cromakalim) 可治疗哮喘,比较色满卡林和舒喘灵在体内外的支气管舒张作用。方法:研究了色满卡林和舒喘灵在人离体气管平滑肌的松弛效能和吸入色满卡林和舒喘灵对哮喘患者气道的舒张作用。结果:在人离体气管平滑肌,色满卡林和舒喘灵对组胺或前列腺素F2α引起的收缩产生的舒张反应没有显著差异(P> 0.05) ,但对乙酰胆碱引起的收缩产生的舒张反应有显著差异(P<0 .01)。色满卡林和舒喘灵能产生相加松弛反应。吸入色满卡林和舒喘灵后,16 名哮喘患者的FEV1 ,V50 和PD20 显著升高(P< 0.01)。吸入色满卡林和舒喘灵后,PD20 的改变显著相关(r= 0 .87 ,P< 0 .01) 。结论:色满卡林是一种可用于临床治疗哮喘的新药。
PURPOSE: To demonstrate that cromakalim can treat asthma and compare the bronchodilator effects of hyaluronate and salbutamol in vitro and in vivo. Methods: The relaxant efficacy of sertraline and salbutamol in human isolated tracheal smooth muscle and the relaxation of inhaled chromaffin and salbutamol on the airway of asthmatic patients were studied. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in relaxation response to histamine or prostaglandin F2α-induced contraction in isolated tracheal smooth muscle, chromatin-carin, and salbutamol (P> 0.05), but contractile responses to acetylcholine Diastolic response was significantly different (P <0 .01). Full of Carlin and Salbutamol can produce additive relaxation reaction. After inhalation of hypertrophic cardine and salbutamol, FEV1, V50 and PD20 were significantly increased in 16 asthmatic patients (P <0.01). Changes in PD20 were significantly related to inhalation of hypertrophic cardine and salbutamol (r = 0.87, P <.01). Conclusion: Chromium Carmine is a new drug for clinical treatment of asthma.
