以云南黑籽南瓜和白籽南瓜为砧木,“津优35号”为接穗嫁接的黄瓜为试材,研究其在适温(CK:18~20℃)、亚适温(13~15℃)、低温(8~10℃)的根区温度条件下对嫁接黄瓜生长发育和光合指标的影响。结果表明:与CK相比,低温和亚适温对黄瓜的生长产生了明显的抑制作用,株高、茎粗、叶面积、叶片数、地上部干质量和全株干质量明显降低,而根冠比和地下部干质量却有所升高,其中低温条件下的抑制效果更为显著;低温和亚适温降低了嫁接黄瓜的SPAD值、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间CO_2浓度和气孔导度;而且不同的嫁接苗之间也存在差异,“黑籽”南瓜砧木在低温逆境的表现上要优于“白籽”南瓜砧木。
Taking the black seed pumpkin and the white seed pumpkin as the rootstocks in Yunnan, “Jinyou 35” was taken as the scion grafted cucumber, and its effects were studied under suitable temperature (CK: 18-20 ℃), subtropical temperature (13-15 ℃) and root zone temperature (8 ~ 10 ℃) on the growth and photosynthesis of grafted cucumber. The results showed that compared with CK, the growth of cucumber was significantly inhibited by hypothermia and sub-optimal temperature, and the plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, leaf number, aboveground dry weight and whole plant dry weight were obviously decreased. The crown and underground dry weight increased, and the inhibitory effect was more significant under low temperature. Low temperature and moderate temperature decreased the SPAD value, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, intercellular CO 2 concentration and stomata in grafted cucumber But also differed among different grafted seedlings. The performance of “black seed” pumpkin rootstock was superior to that of “white seed” and pumpkin rootstock in low temperature adversity.
