采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了金银花中氯原酸的含量，比较了索氏提取和超声提取两种不同提取方法对金银花中氯原酸的提出率的影响，结果表明；索氏提取法对氯原酸的提取比超声提取法高６０％以上。
The content of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle was determined by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography. The effects of soxhlet extraction and ultrasonic extraction on the proposed rate of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle were compared. The results showed that Soxhlet extraction method; The extraction of chlorogenic acid is more than 60% higher than ultrasonic extraction.
