对３０名医生、３６名护士和１０名护工共计７６人次的手进行了手带菌数的调查分析。结果医生检出菌落数５０～５７０ｃｆｕ／ｃｍ２，超标１４人，不合格率４６％；护士检出菌落数为０～４５５０ｃｆｕ／ｃｍ２，超标１９人，不合格率５２．７％；护工检出菌落数２０～２２ｃｆｕ／ｃｍ２，全部不合格。提示院内感染的发生与医护人员的手带菌密切相关。医护人员应严格按规定认真正确洗手。
The number of hand-carried bacteria was surveyed by hand of a total of 76 people for 30 doctors, 36 nurses and 10 care workers. Results The number of colonies detected by the doctors was 50-570cfu / cm2, exceeding the standard of 14, with a failure rate of 46%. The number of colonies detected by nurses was 0-4550cfu / cm2, exceeding the standard of 19, with a failure rate of 52.7% Number of 20 ~ 22cfu / cm2, all failed. Prompt nosocomial infection and paramedics are closely related to the paramedics. Medical staff should be strictly in accordance with the provisions of the correct and proper hand washing.
