目的 :对血清SE -SLT、LN、HA、CEA、NSE、AIF、CA242进行测定 ,旨在筛选实用的肺癌诊断标志物 ,提高阳性检出率。方法 :分别采用ELISA、RIA和IRMA法对肺癌组、慢性支气管炎(CAB)组及正常对照组进行七项指标测定 ,并从敏感性、特异性、假阳性、假阴性等方面进行比较分析。结果 :肺癌组七项指标含量均高于正常对照组(P<0.01),SE -SLT敏感性最高(81.6 %) ,假阴性率最低(18.4%) ;CA242特异性最强(96.0%) ,假阳性率最低(4.0 %)。结论 :在常规进行CEA或NSE测定同时检测SE -SLT和CA242是优势互补诊断肺癌的较好的组合模式。
Objective: Serum SE-SLT, LN, HA, CEA, NSE, AIF and CA242 were determined in order to screen practical diagnostic markers of lung cancer and improve the positive detection rate. Methods: Seven indicators of lung cancer group, chronic bronchitis group (CAB) and normal control group were measured by ELISA, RIA and IRMA respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, false positive and false negative were compared. Results: The contents of seven indexes in lung cancer group were higher than those in normal control group (P <0.01). The sensitivity of SE-SLT was the highest (81.6%), the false negative rate was the lowest (18.4%), the specificity of CA242 was 96.0% The lowest false positive rate (4.0%). CONCLUSIONS: SE-SLT and CA242 are routinely performed in combination with CEA or NSE, which is a good combination of complementary diagnosis of lung cancer.
