Greg Kearsley, an influential online education expert in the United States today, has a wealth of experience and fruitful results. This article analyzes the achievements of his theory from the network teacher training theory; network education learning theory --- participation theory; network teaching theory; network education cooperation and competition theory; the limitations of network education theory. His practice innovation mainly includes: TIP hypertext database, MEPP plan and so on.
