本文综述了近年来有机合成中应用间接途径以达到区域选择性的目的。涉及使用苯硫基、硝基、硼烷基等数种导向基或通过改变底物反应性如亲电性、变为分子内反应等进行具有区域选择性特性的Diels-Alder反应;对于较为典型的导向基:如硅烷基、硼烷基及其络合物的定位特点,金属络合物的导向基作用,以及二硫缩醛等利用形成缩醛在区域选择性的非Diels-Alder反应中的应用亦作了总结。
This review summarizes the application of indirect pathway in organic synthesis in order to achieve regional selectivity in recent years. Involving the use of phenylthio, nitro, borane and other types of guiding groups or by changing the substrate reactivity such as electrophilic, into an intramolecular reaction to carry out the Diels-Alder reaction with regional selectivity; for the more typical : The orientation characteristics of silyl groups, borane groups and their complexes, the directing action of metal complexes, and the use of dithioacetals to form acetals in regioselective non-Diels-Alder reactions The application is also summarized.
