时下,众多中专、技校正在开展合并、升级工作,合并后的高等职业技术院校正以新的姿态迎接新时代的到来。合并后的院校在办学质量、师资力量、基础建设等多方面都有较大规模的改观,但是,档案管理工作中还存在着许多不合理之处。笔者结合自身多年的档案管理工作经验,对当前职业技术院校中档案管理工作提出了有益的建议和意见,以资相关人士借鉴、参考。 Nowadays, many secondary technical schools and technical schools are merging and upgrading.
