装饰和装修目前在各地叫法不一,有的叫装饰工程,有的叫装修工程。装饰就是对建筑物的美化和保护,装修含有安装修饰的意义,因此对装修机械就有更广泛的要求。一、建筑装修工程在建筑业中的地位一项建筑工程,主要由地基基础,主体结构,装修工程所组成。装修工程又包含了装饰、水、暖、电等工作内容。装修工程在整个建筑物造价中,对一般民用建筑约占30％左右,高级建筑物约占50％以上。其工程量大约占50％左右,尤其是抹灰的工程量约占整个建筑物劳动总量的30％左右。从工期上看装修工程占整个房屋建筑工程的50～70％,近两年有发展,经过几个大工地的调
