采用巢式聚合酶链反应方法,对3O例急性川崎病(KD)患儿和25例健康儿童的血清进行检测。结果显示,30例KD患儿血清中HPVB_(19)-DNA阳性7例,阳性率为23.3%,其中6例合并冠状动脉扩张;对照组25例血清中HPVB_(19)-DNA均阴性。提示HPVB_(19)可能是KD的重要病原菌之一,且可能参与了KD患儿冠状动脉并发症的形成。
The nested polymerase chain reaction method was used to detect the sera of 3O children with acute Kawasaki disease (KD) and 25 healthy children. The results showed that the positive rate of HPVB_ (19) -DNA in 30 KD children was 7 (23.3%), of which 6 cases were complicated with coronary artery dilation. The 25 cases of control group had negative HPVB 19 DNA. It is suggested that HPVB_ (19) may be one of the important pathogens of KD and may be involved in the formation of coronary complications in children with KD.
