深井提速一直是钻井工作者的技术难点,随着钻头和井下工具技术的发展和实践,针对高抗压强度和高研磨性的地层,采用特殊设计的人造金刚石孕镶钻头与高速涡轮动力钻具组合,强化钻井参数的办法提高钻速。与牙轮钻头相比,该项技术可提高机械钻速2-4倍,钻头寿命提高5-8倍,从而大幅度提高了深井在高抗压强度和高研磨性地层的机械钻速。元坝124井在自流井及须家河井段成功使用涡轮钻具加孕镶钻头。从井深3684.11m开始涡轮复合钻进,共使用五趟涡轮钻具,总纯钻进时间948.48h,机械钻速1.21m/h。解决研磨性强地层机械钻速,取得显著的效果。为以后在元坝区块自流井及须家河井段使用涡轮钻具加孕镶钻头提供很好的依据。
