介绍了内耗法测量钢板中固溶碳含量的原理,探讨并总结了碳及合金元素、冷加工、热处理温度等因素对内耗法测量钢中固溶碳含量的影响。其中,钢中碳的含量越高,钢的Snoek内耗峰越高,但对应内耗峰温度不发生显著的改变;不同合金元素对Snoek峰峰巅影响不同,从而影响固溶碳含量。
The principle of measuring internal dissolved carbon content in steel by internal friction method is introduced. The effects of elements such as carbon and alloying elements, cold working and heat treatment temperature on the content of dissolved carbon in steel are discussed and analyzed. Among them, the content of carbon in steel is higher, the Snoek internal friction peak of steel is higher, but the corresponding internal friction peak temperature does not change significantly; different alloying elements have different effects on Snoek peak top, which affects the solid solution carbon content.
