目的探索霍乱领域研究现状,以期为今后的研究提供参考借鉴。方法基于Web of Knowledge文献数据平台,综合应用Excel、TDA、SPSS,从时间、核心作者、国别、期刊、高频关键词、高被引论文等角度进行分析。结果美国在霍乱领域的研究处于领先地位,印度、孟加拉等国也有较强的科研实力,我国与国际相关研究机构相比还存在一定差距。霍乱的研究已由理论探索迈向实践治疗,由个体防治扩大到流行病学研究,霍乱的基因序列、毒性与治疗、流行病学研究等方面都取得了较大突破。结论我国应加强霍乱领域研究,提高我国霍乱领域研究水平,为应对可能发生的公共卫生突发事件提供保障。 Objective To explore the research status of cholera in the hope of providing reference for future research. Methods Based on the Web of Knowledge literature data platform, the author analyzed the data from time, core author, country, periodical, high-frequency keywords and highly cited papers using Excel, TDA and SPSS. As a result, the United States is leading the research in the field of cholera. India, Bangladesh and other countries also have strong scientific research capabilities. There is still a gap between China and other international research institutions. The research on cholera has gone from theoretical exploration to practical treatment, and has made great breakthroughs in the aspects of epidemiological studies, cholera gene sequences, toxicity and treatment, and epidemiological studies. Conclusions Our country should strengthen the research in the field of cholera, raise the level of research in the field of cholera in our country, and provide protection for possible public health emergencies.
