一、引言2000年3月我国启动新世纪园丁工程以来,已经举办过三期大规模的国家级骨干教师培训,培训教师超过10000人。为及时评估三期培训的效果和社会效应,上海市教育科学研究院受教育部师范教育司委托,于2003年5月对分布在全国各地的骨干学员进行了问卷调查。由于当时正值非典流行时期,问卷征询委托各省市自治区教育厅或教委的有关机构实施。在大范围问卷调查的基础上,辅以个案调查,原则上每个省市自治区组织进行10位学员的个案调查,重点了解学员参加国家级培训后在本单位、本地区发挥的作用以及学员自身教育教学实践的变化。截止2003年11月底,共收到24个省、市、自治区问卷4018份,其中有效问卷3992份,个案调查150份。
I. Introduction Since the launch of the New Century Gardener Project in March 2000, China has held three large-scale training programs of state-level backbone teachers and trained more than 10,000 teachers.
