CWT运行原理是在水处理过程中加入适量氧和微量氨,使锅炉水冷壁管内壁生成致密的溶解度小的赤铁矿物质(Fe2O3)保护膜,并将疏松的Fe304锈层表面均匀覆盖起来。由此构成良好的水汽环境使得机组更好更安全的运行,节约了生长成本。
The operation principle of CWT is to add appropriate amount of oxygen and trace ammonia during the water treatment to make the inner wall of the boiler water wall tube produce a compact protective film of hematite (Fe2O3) with a small solubility and evenly cover the surface of the loose Fe304 rust layer. This constitutes a good water vapor environment makes the unit run better and safer, saving the cost of growth.
