目的研究自行编制的启悟疗法改善贫困大学生自我和谐状况的效果。方法将某院校贫困大学生120人随机分为实验组和对照组,对实验组进行为期18周的启悟心理干预,干预前后采用自我和谐量表进行测评。结果心理干预后实验组自我和谐总分和3个因子的得分与对照组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.01),其中自我和谐总分、自我与经验的不和谐因子、自我的刻板性因子的分值下降,而自我的灵活性因子分值则上升。结论采用启悟疗法进行干预能显著改善贫困大学生自我和谐状况。
Objective To study the effect of self-compiled enlightenment therapy to improve the self-consistency and harmony of poor college students. Methods A total of 120 poor college students in a college were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received psychological enlightenment for 18 weeks, and self-consistency scale was used before and after intervention. Results After psychological intervention, scores of self-consistency and total scores of three factors in experimental group were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.01). Among them, self-consistency score, disharmony factor between self and experience, self-consistency factor The score decreased, while the self-flexibility factor score increased. Conclusion The intervention of enlightenment therapy can significantly improve the poor students’ self-consistency and harmony.
