小吨位、短距离的水平埋刮板输送机的刮板链条,一般均用45~#钢做链板。然而当要求输送量大、输送距离较长时,则作用于刮板链条上的负荷将相当大。如果仍采用45~#钢做链板,则其厚度将有大幅度的增加,造成单位长度内的链条重聚增,同时也增加了配套电机的功率。因此.应考虑用强度高于45~#钢的材料做链板,以降低输送机的张力和配套电机功率。现以我公司生产的GSS50型水平埋刮板输送机的刮板链条为例,来说明这个问题。

However, when the requirements of large transport volume, transport distance longer, then the role of scraper chain load will be quite large. If 45 ~ # steel is still used as chain plate, its thickness will have a substantial increase, resulting in unit length chain re-polymerization, but also increased the power of matching motor. Therefore, the strength should be considered higher than 45 ~ # steel plate to do the chain to reduce conveyor tension and matching motor power. Now I produced GSS50 horizontal buried scraper conveyor scraper chain, for example, to illustrate this problem.
