用保温式离子热处理炉进行氮碳共渗+后氧化复合处理(FD-NCO)的机械零部件,同时具有优良的耐磨性能和耐蚀性能,FDNCO复合渗层是由十余微米厚的白亮层(ε相)和1~2μm厚的Fe_3O_4膜构成。盐雾试验结果表明,经过FD-NCO复合处理后的工件盐雾试验最高可达2000 h,处理过程无污染,完全可以取代有污染的QPQ技术。该技术已成功应用于石油机械、汽车零部件、轮胎模具等领域。
