1969年至1970年间,有不少装有混流式水轮机的大中型电站,为了挖掘设备潜力,提高机组出力,曾对水轮机叶片出水边(或进水边)进行过切割。如新安江水电站的3、6、9号机,都沿叶片出水边等宽切去50毫米,并同时加大导叶开度。为了检验机组切割叶片后的实际效果,曾在新安江电站9号机(和3、6号机的情况完全相同)上进行了机组切割叶片前后的有关试验。现将试验的成果分析如下。
Between 1969 and 1970, there were many large and medium-sized power plants with Francis turbines. In order to excavate the potential of the equipment and increase the power output of the unit, the water blades (or the water edge) of the turbine blades were cut. Such as Xin’anjiang 3,6,9 aircraft, all along the leaves out of water, such as cutting 50 mm wide, and meanwhile increase the guide vane opening. In order to test the actual effect of the cutting blades of the unit, relevant tests were made before and after the blade cutting of the unit at No. 9 Xin’anjiang Power Plant (exactly the same as No. 3 and No. 6). Now the test results are as follows.
