监控量测在隧道新施工过程中起着重要的安全与指导作用。付家冲隧道左洞ZK26+081断面和右洞YK25+547断面在施工过程中出现塌方,是影响隧道施工进度最严重的两次。结合工程具体情况,从监控量测和地质超前预报两方面提出塌方预警,从岩层分布、雨水侵蚀作用和施工方法等方面分析塌方原因。针对以上两个典型塌方段,通过监控隧道的收敛位移和拱顶下沉量回归分析,反映隧道围岩的稳定状态,并与实际工况进行对比论证。结果表明,对于V级弱风化页岩隧道施工过程中,极易发生塌方事故,必须结合隧道监控量测技术,及时提出塌方预警,指导施工。
Monitoring and measurement in the tunnel construction process plays an important safety and guiding role. The tunnel collapse occurred on ZJ26 + 081 and YK25 + 547 sections of the left tunnel of Fujiazhuang tunnel, which was the most serious impact on the construction progress of the tunnel twice. According to the specific conditions of the project, warnings of landslide hazard are put forward from the aspects of monitoring surveying and geological advance prediction. The causes of landslip are analyzed from the aspects of rock distribution, rainfall erosion and construction methods. Aiming at the above two typical landslides, the steady state of the surrounding rock of the tunnel is reflected by monitoring the convergence and displacement of the tunnel and the settlement of the dome, and compared with the actual conditions. The results show that for V-grade weakly weathered shale tunnels, the landslip accidents are prone to happen. Combined with the monitoring and measuring technology of tunnels, landslide warning and guidance construction should be promptly proposed.
