建立了加压毛细管电色谱法快速测定脂肽类抗真菌化合物WF16616。流动相为乙腈∶6.5 mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 5.2)(48∶52),流速0.08 ml/min,检测波长212 nm,分离电压11 kV。WF16616在0.06~1.60 mg/ml范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为101.17%,RSD为3.28%。
A rapid determination of lipopeptide antifungal compound WF16616 by pressurized capillary electrochromatography was established. The mobile phase was acetonitrile: 6.5 mmol / L phosphate buffer (pH 5.2) (48:52), the flow rate was 0.08 ml / min, the detection wavelength was 212 nm and the separation voltage was 11 kV. The linearity of WF16616 in the range of 0.06-1.60 mg / ml was good. The average recovery was 101.17% with a RSD of 3.28%.
