不久前，深圳市罗湖区法院分别对宁波证券公司深圳业务部电脑主管曾定文和电脑技术员吴敬文涉嫌用计算机挪用公款炒股，构成挪用公款罪和挪用公司资金罪的两宗案件进行公开开庭审理。这两宗作案手段相同的案件，是全国罕见的新类型高科技犯罪案件。庭审过程本身就很发人深省。9
Not long ago, the courts of Luohu District of Shenzhen conducted public hearings on Zeng Dingwen, computer supervisor of Shenzhen Branch of Ningbo Securities Company and Wu Jingwen, a computer technician, respectively, in connection with two cases involving the embezzlement of public funds by computers, the crime of embezzlement of public funds and the appropriation of funds by the Company. The two cases of the same crime means are rare new types of high-tech crime cases in the country. The trial process itself is very thought-provoking. 9
