目的对二氧化钛、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯、二苯甲酮三种含辅酶Q_(10)的防晒剂抗小鼠皮肤紫外线损伤的效果进行评价。方法 45只小鼠随机分5组,小鼠每天皮肤涂抹相应药物后进行紫外线照射,8周后眼球取血处死进行指标检测。结果与正常组比较,模型组小鼠白细胞数量与皮肤MDA活力上升、TSOD活力下降,皮肤角质层脱落,MMP-1 mRNA表达水平上升;与模型组比较,二氧化钛组小鼠白细胞数量与皮肤MDA活力下降、皮肤角质层无脱落,甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯组小鼠白细胞数量下降、GSH-Px活力上升,皮肤角质层无脱落,MMP-1 mRNA表达水平降低;二苯甲酮组小鼠白细胞数量、MMP-1 mRNA表达水平下降,皮肤角质层脱落。结论三种含辅酶Q10的防晒剂具有抗小鼠皮肤紫外线损伤的作用,其预防效果依次为二苯甲酮、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯、二氧化钛。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of three anti-UV-C coenzyme Q_ (10) sunscreens against UV-induced skin lesions in mice induced by titanium dioxide, octyl methoxycinnamate and benzophenone. Methods Forty five mice were randomly divided into five groups. The mice were treated with ultraviolet (UV) radiation after the corresponding drugs were applied to the skin every day, and the blood was sacrificed after 8 weeks for index detection. Results Compared with the normal group, the number of leukocytes and the activity of MDA in the skin of the model group increased, the activity of TSOD decreased, the stratum corneum of the skin shed and the expression of MMP-1 mRNA increased. Compared with the model group, the number of leukocytes and the activity of MDA in the skin of the model group The number of leukocytes in the octyl methoxycinnamate group was decreased, the activity of GSH-Px was increased, the stratum corneum of the skin was not shed, and the expression of MMP-1 mRNA was decreased. The number of leukocytes in the benzophenone group mice , MMP-1 mRNA expression decreased, skin stratum corneum shedding. Conclusion Three coenzyme Q10-containing sunscreens have anti-UV-induced skin damage. The preventive effects are benzophenone, octyl methoxycinnamate and titanium dioxide.
