研修背景:以2016年教育部审定的人教版《语文》七年级上册第二单元为研修主题,采取“大问题下的单元备课———双师同堂(同课异构)——课例研究”的研修方式,备课组内教师在大问题教学思想指导下,先进行个人备课,然后对课堂教学环节进行研讨。此处的大问题是相对于应试和对课文烦琐的分析而提出来的,旨在以学生整个生命成长为着眼点,以一种教学主张为贯穿教学发生发展的主问题,或以学生基本素养的某方面体现为主线,提高学生的语文能力,培养学生的语文素养。
Study background: In the second unit of the seventh grade of the “Personality” textbook for the People’s Education Press, which was approved by the Ministry of Education in 2016, the theme of “training” is to take “major preparations under the big problem --- two teachers (with the same class) - Classroom study ”study method, the preparation group teachers under the guidance of big problems teaching ideas, the first individual preparation for the class, and then discuss the teaching of the classroom. The major issues here are related to the examination and the cumbersome analysis of the texts. They are designed to focus on the whole life of the students. They are based on a teaching proposition as the main problem that runs through the development of teaching, or on the basic literacy of students. Some aspects of the system are reflected as the main line, improving students’ language ability and cultivating their language skills.
