采用真空熔铸法制备了BMn3-12合金铸锭,通过铸锭退火、水封挤压、时效和冷拉拔工艺制成了φ0.25mm的合金丝。研究了热处理和塑性变形工艺对BMn3-12合金的组织与性能的影响。结果表明,水封挤压能同时完成热挤压和固溶工序,且形成细小的等轴晶。在退火和挤压-拉拔过程中均产生大量孪晶,除正常的位错运动外,孪晶变形是BMn3-12中的重要变形方式。随着变形量增大,合金强度提高,但导电率变化不大。
BMn3-12 alloy ingot was prepared by vacuum casting method. The ingot was annealed, water sealed, aged and cold drawn to make φ0.25mm alloy wire. The effects of heat treatment and plastic deformation process on microstructure and properties of BMn3-12 alloy were studied. The results show that the water seal extrusion can simultaneously complete the hot extrusion and solution process, and the formation of small equiaxed crystals. During annealing and extrusion-drawing, a large number of twins are produced. In addition to the normal dislocation movement, twin deformation is an important deformation mode in BMn3-12. With the increase of deformation, the strength of the alloy increases, but the conductivity changes little.
