通过对正常老年人３１例４０眼进行角膜厚度测量，结果表明正常老年人角膜中央厚度为５５１±４５．４２ｕｍ，中周边厚度为５９６±３２．０４ｕｍ，周边厚度为６９５±５５．３４ｕｍ，与２５～５９岁年龄组比较差异无显著性，本研究显示：角膜厚度并不随年龄增长而变薄。
Corneal thickness measurements were performed on 31 eyes of 40 elderly patients. The results showed that the central corneal thickness was 551 ± 45.42um in normal aged patients, the median peripheral thickness was 596 ± 32.04um, the peripheral thickness was 695 ± 55.34um, ~ 59 age group was no significant difference between the study showed: corneal thickness does not become thin with age.
