结合露天矿用履带运输车实际工况,讨论履带运输车典型转向工况的特点,进行转向理论分析和转向阻力计算,分析履带运输车上部驮运载荷的偏心、转向半径对转向阻力的影响,以及对于履带运输车移设工艺中小半径转向的研究。研究结果对露天矿用履带运输车结构受力分析、液压驱动系统设计具有指导作用。
Combining with the actual conditions of tracked transporter for opencast mine, the characteristics of typical steering operation of tracked transporter are discussed, and the steering theory analysis and steering resistance calculation are carried out. The influences of eccentric load and steering radius on the steering resistance are analyzed. As well as the research on the small radius steering in the process of moving the crawler truck. The results of the study show that the structural analysis of the structure of crawler transporter for open-pit mine and the design of hydraulic drive system are instructive.
