本文通过界定男女平等的概念和内涵,指出立法体系和意识形态的缺失,提出实现男女平等必须着眼于妇女的弱者地位及女性身份,建构公平的性别秩序,从而消除不合理现象,实现男女平等。 By defining the concept and connotation of equality between men and women, this paper points out the lack of legislative system and ideology. It points out that the realization of the equality between men and women must focus on the status of women and the status of women and establish a fair gender order so as to eliminate unreasonable phenomena and achieve equality between men and women.
