1998年 4~ 6月份在集美大学水产学院海水育苗试验场对人工培育的花尾胡椒鲷早期发育阶段的摄食和生长特性进行分析。结果表明 ,在水温为 2 5℃时 ,仔鱼约经 6 0~ 70h左右开口摄食 ,开口饵料为经 1 2 0目筛网过滤的褶皱臂尾轮虫 ,以后随着鱼体的生长 ,依次投喂卤虫无节幼体和桡足类。对 372尾仔、稚、幼鱼解剖观察结果 ,摄食率达 97.0 % ,摄食量占体重的 6 .4%~ 2 3.4% ,日摄食量占体重的2 4 8%~ 83 7% ,摄食强度具明显的昼夜节律 ,以 1 6 :0 0和 0 8:0 0摄食量较高 ,仔、稚鱼夜间基本不摄食 ,幼鱼夜间少量摄食 ,表现出白天摄食偏于晨昏摄食习性。文中还对仔、稚、幼鱼的饱食时间、饱食量、消化时间以及饵料密度对摄食的影响进行了测定。其摄食量与体重的回归方程 y =0 .5 1 3+ 0 .1 0 3x ,全长与日龄的关系式为LT=0 .847e0 .0 5 3D,体重与日龄的关系式为W =0 .796e0 .191D,全长与体重的回归方程为W=0 .0 0 4LT3 .2 3 3 。
From April to June 1998, the ingestion and growth characteristics of artificial seabuckthorn during the early developmental stages were analyzed at the Seawater Breeding Experimental Station of the Fisheries College, Jimei University. The results showed that when the water temperature was 25 ℃, the larvae fed on the larvae around 60 ~ 70h, and the opening bait was the Brachionus plicatilis which was filtered through the 120 mesh sieve. Afterwards, with the growth of the fish, Artemia nauplii and copepods. The results of the observation of 372 tail, juvenile and juvenile fish showed that the ingestion rate was 97.0%, the food intake accounted for 6.4% ~ 23.4% of the body weight, and the daily food intake accounted for 24.8% ~ 83.7% of the body weight. Significant circadian rhythms were observed at 6: 0 0 and 0 8: 0 0. The juvenile fish did not feed at night, while young juvenile fed at a small amount at night, which showed that the intake of fish during the day was biased to the feeding habit of dawn. The effects of feeding, juvenile, juvenile feeding time, satiety, digestion time and feed density on food intake were also measured. The regression equation of its food intake and body weight was y = 0 .5 1 3+ 0 .1 0 3x. The relationship between total length and age was LT = 0 .847e0. 05D, and the relation between body weight and age was W = 0 .796e0 .191D, the regression equation between total length and body weight was W = 0.040LT3.233.
