分别测定不同温度下粉末状α-Al2O3在Na3AlF6-AlF3(摩尔比1∶1)K3AlF6-AlF3(摩尔比1:1)及Na3AlF6-K3AlF6-AlF3(摩尔比0.5:0.5:1)熔盐体系中的溶解度和溶解速度。探讨和分析了LiF对Na3AlF6-K3AlF6-AlF3熔体(摩尔比0.5:0.5:1)中氧化铝溶解度的影响。结果表明氧化铝在低温钾冰晶石体系Na3AlF6-K3AlF6-AlF3(摩尔比0.5:0.5:1)中的溶解度和溶解速度能够满足低温电解的要求。
The molar ratio of α-Al2O3 to Na3AlF6-AlF3 (molar ratio 1: 1) K3AlF6-AlF3 (molar ratio 1: 1) and Na3AlF6-K3AlF6-AlF3 (molar ratio 0.5: 0.5: 1) Solubility and dissolution rate in molten salt systems. The effect of LiF on the solubility of alumina in Na3AlF6-K3AlF6-AlF3 melt (molar ratio 0.5: 0.5: 1) was investigated and analyzed. The results show that the solubility and the dissolution rate of alumina in cryogenic potassium cryolite system Na3AlF6-K3AlF6-AlF3 (molar ratio of 0.5: 0.5: 1) can meet the requirements of low-temperature electrolysis.
