科学技术工作者、管理工作者和各级领导者，必须具备合理、完善的知识结构，形成敏锐、流畅的思维，才能在各自的工作岗位上创造性地进行工作。给出了创造性人才的知识结构模型，明确了９个结构内涵的作用，归纳了知识结构的三个特点。进而阐明了具有同样知识结构的人们，创造性程度不一的５个影响要素和两个前提条件。结合塑性加工领域中半固态成形技术的创新，阐明了知识结构是创新的基础，思维能力科学化是技术创新的决定性因素，并以连续５次在液态模锻领域中获得国家自然科学基金资助为背景，阐明了不断创新的体会。 Science and technology workers, management workers and leaders at all levels must have a sound and complete knowledge structure to form a keen and fluid mindset, and be able to work creatively in their respective jobs. The knowledge structure model of creative talent is given, the role of nine structure connotation is clarified, and the three characteristics of knowledge structure are summarized. Furthermore, we clarify five influential elements and two preconditions for people with the same knowledge structure with different degrees of creativity. Based on the innovation of semi-solid forming technology in the field of plastic processing, it is clarified that knowledge structure is the basis of innovation and scientific thinking ability is the decisive factor of technological innovation.
