为摸清患病青田鱼的致病原因,本研究对送检病鱼进行了微生物学检测,通过对从病鱼肝脏分离到的1株细菌进行形态学与培养特性观察、生理生化特征、16S rDNA分子序列分析鉴定并且进行药敏试验。结果:该分离株的形态特征、生化结果与标准弗氏柠檬酸杆菌一致;分离菌株的16S rDNA序列也与标准的弗氏柠檬酸杆菌高度相似,相似性为99%,说明本次分离的细菌为弗氏柠檬酸杆菌,命名为GZMT2013-CF;该分离菌对恩诺沙星、头孢噻呋、庆大霉素、链霉素、诺氟沙星、卡那霉素、左氧氟沙星7种抗生素高度敏感。试验结果为青田鱼的疾病诊断防治提供一定的理论参考。
In order to find out the pathogenic cause of diseased Qingtian fish, the present study conducted microbiological tests on diseased fish, and observed the morphological and cultural characteristics of one strain of bacteria isolated from diseased fish liver, physiological and biochemical characteristics, 16S rDNA molecular sequence analysis identified and susceptibility testing. RESULTS: The morphological characteristics and biochemical results of this isolate were consistent with those of standard C. freundii. The 16S rDNA sequence of the isolates was also highly similar to the standard Citrobacter freundii with a similarity of 99%, indicating that the isolated bacteria Citrobacter freundii, named GZMT2013-CF; the isolation of enrofloxacin, ceftiofur, gentamicin, streptomycin, norfloxacin, kanamycin, levofloxacin seven kinds of antibiotics sensitive. The results provide a theoretical reference for the diagnosis and treatment of Qingtian fish diseases.
