用离体大鼠胸主动脉血管环为研究对象,经生物信号采集系统采集并分析血管环张力变化,观察霉茶总黄酮、二氢杨梅素、杨梅素对静息血管的影响以及它们对去甲肾上腺素(NA)所致的缩血管反应的影响。研究发现霉茶总黄酮、二氢杨梅素、杨梅素均可浓度依赖性增加血管环静息张力;霉茶总黄酮能使NA缩血管的量-效曲线非平行右移并降低其效能(Emax);二氢杨梅素、二氢杨梅素与杨梅素的混合物有与霉茶总黄酮相似的效应;二氢杨梅素与杨梅素合用使NA收缩血管的Emax降低,明显强于二者单独使用;当二氢杨梅素与杨梅素浓度比为10∶1时,拮抗NA缩血管的效应最佳。结果显示霉茶总黄酮对静息血管有剂量依赖性收缩作用但能明显拮抗NA缩血管效应,二氢杨梅素与杨梅素对NA诱导血管收缩反应有协同增效作用且最佳协同比例为10∶1。

The total flavonoids from Myrica rubra could shift the dose-response curve of NA vasocons to a non-parallel right and decrease their potency ); The combination of dihydromyricetin, dihydromyricetin and myricetin had the similar effect as that of the total flavonoids of mycelia; the combination of dihydromyricetin and myricetin decreased the Emax of NA-contracted blood vessels, When the ratio of dihydromyricetin to myricetin is 10: 1, the antagonistic effect on NA vasoconstriction is best. The results showed that the total flavonoids of Myrica rubra had a dose-dependent contraction effect on resting blood vessels but significantly inhibited NA vasoconstriction. Dihydromyrcetin and myricetin had synergistic effects on NA-induced vasoconstriction with the best synergistic ratio of 10 :1.
