目的:探讨药物对冠脉侧支功能的影响。方法:在12只麻醉开胸狗上用冠脉左前降支制备侧支返流模型,缺血5min后冠脉内注射尼可地尔(300μg/kg)或生理盐水,在各不同时相上观测各侧支功能指标.缺血120min后用氯化三苯四氮唑染色,称重法测定心梗范围.结果:与用药前相比,尼可地尔组在用药15min后各观测时相上冠脉侧支流量显著增加(1.5±0.4对0.9±0,6ml/min,P<0.01),外周冠脉阻力和侧支系统阻力均显著下降(1.6±0.3对4.0±0.3kPa/ml·min ̄(-1),P<0.01;7.2±2.1对12.0±2.1kpa/ml·min ̄(-1)).对照组上述各指标无明显变化.尼可地尔组心梗范围较对照组显著下降(22.4±1.2%对28.9±1.3%,P<0.01),结论:尼可地尔冠脉内注射可增加冠脉侧支流量,降低侧支系统阻力,并对缺血心肌有保护作用.
Objective: To investigate the effect of drugs on coronary collateral function. Methods: The models of collateral flow were established on the left anterior descending artery in 12 anesthetized open-chest dogs. Nicorandil (300 μg / kg) or saline was given intracoronary injection 5 min after ischemia.
