目的:探讨蒲地蓝联合芙露饮治疗小儿手足口病的疗效。方法:将来我院门诊治疗的60例手足口病患儿随机分为两组,对照组30例,给予蒲地蓝口服液,治疗组30例,给予蒲地蓝联合芙露饮治疗。结果:两组患儿总有效率差异有统计学意义,治疗组患儿在口腔疱疹消退时间、手足及肛周疱疹消退时间上、退热时间均显著短于对照组患儿,无严重不良反应发生,P<0.05。结论:蒲地蓝联合芙露饮治疗小儿手足口病具有协同增效作用,安全可靠,值得临床推广。 Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Pudilan combined with Fulu drinking in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods: In the future, 60 cases of HFMD in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group consisted of 30 patients. Pudilian oral liquid was given to the treatment group (30 cases). Results: There was significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate. The children in the treatment group had significantly shorter antipyretic time than those in the control group on the subsided time of herpes simplex and periapical herpes zoster, and no severe adverse reactions Occurred, P <0.05. Conclusion: The combination of Pudilan and Fulu drinking has a synergistic effect on HFMD in children, which is safe and reliable and worthy of clinical promotion.
